When can you start building?
We can start building immediately after we have plans to your home drafted. Our precise scheduling allows us to begin creating your housing solution as soon as possible.

How long does it take to complete a house?
Completion times vary depending on the size of a home. However we oftentimes can finish homes between 120-180 days.

How much will our house cost? Is there a price per square foot?
Betker Builders is a custom home builder, therefore we cannot determine a price per square foot. Various factors have an effect on the final price including carpeting, flooring and cabinetry options.

When can we move in?
You can begin to enjoy your Betker Built home immediately after closing.

Where should we go to get carpet, tile, etc...?
We have developed a strong relationship with our local vendors over the years. Visit our Helpful Links page to find out more.

Do we need a realtor?
You will not need a realtor to build your home. If you seek to sell your current home or are searching for some of our available homes we encourage you to contact Kris Betker, our partnered RE/MAX agent. His website can be reached here.

Can you build on our current lot?
Absolutely. Your lot or our's, we would be more than happy to work with you in creating your home.

How far do you travel?
We typically limit ourselves to a 20 mile radius of Hutchinson. Locations outside of this area will be dealt with on a personal basis, please contact Paul Betker.

Does it cost more for a custom home?
Options on a custom home vary by the design and products desired in your home.

Who do I work with during the construction process?
During the process you will be working primarily with Paul Betker. Our helpful professionals are always looking for ways to work with you during the process.

Do you have a base price for a house?
As a custom home builder it is difficult to define a base price for our homes. Pricing varies by your selection of the design and products for your home..

What is your standard package?
